SharePoint On-Premises Migration Expert

A motivated Senior SharePoint Migration Specialist is needed to lead the transition of SharePoint on-premises environments to SharePoint Online/Cloud. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of SharePoint architecture, infrastructure, and best practices.
Main Duties:
• Migrate existing SharePoint on-premises environments to SharePoint Online/Cloud
• Conduct thorough assessments of current SharePoint environments, identifying migration requirements and developing tailored migration plans and timelines
• Optimize SharePoint Online settings for peak performance, security, and seamless integration
• Establish and enforce governance, security, and compliance protocols in SharePoint Online

Desirable Qualifications:
• Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience with SharePoint environment support, implementation, and migration
• Demonstrable expertise in SharePoint Online administration, customization, and integration
• Superb communication and interpersonal skills
