Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced SharePoint specialist to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be to help maintain the seamless operation of our SharePoint environment. You will be troubleshooting issues, managing service requests, and maintaining system performance. You will be the designated expert for all SharePoint-related matters, ensuring the system operates smoothly and efficiently.
• Strong knowledge of SharePoint, including technical and user support aspects.
• Experience in troubleshooting and resolving SharePoint issues.
• Ability to handle service requests efficiently and effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• SharePoint certification or equivalent experience is preferred.
