Job Title: SharePoint Expert - Migration Specialist

Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled SharePoint migration specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SharePoint administration, configuration, customization, and integration. They will be responsible for leading the migration project from SharePoint on-premise 2013 to cloud, ensuring a seamless transition with minimal disruption to end-users.

Main Responsibilities:
• Leverage expertise in SharePoint architecture, infrastructure, and best practices to plan and execute the migration project.
• Collaborate with the development team to configure and test SharePoint Online and M365 settings.
• Develop and implement effective strategies for SharePoint Online governance, security, and compliance.
• Provide expert guidance and support to the primary SharePoint developer/administrator and end-users during the migration process.
• Identify and resolve technical issues that may arise during the migration process.
